Lynn, along with her husband Drew Manning, used this delicious and healthy recipe during Drew’s inspiring journey of intentionally gaining and losing 70 pounds through a healthy diet and structured workout plans. With yummy ingredients such as cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin puree, this recipe tastes like pumpkin pie in a cup AND it’s healthy! What’s not to love?

Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

Servings: 2
Calories: 185.3
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup bananas
  • 1 1/2 scoops soy protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 cups ice
Directions:
    Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: bananas, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, pumpkin puree, almond milk, and ice. Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and serve!
