Ingredients:
  • 3 cups chard
  • 2 whole pears, sliced
  • 2 whole apples, sliced
  • 2 whole beets, quartered
  • 2 sticks carrots
  • 1/2 whole cabbage
Directions:
    Measure out, clean, and prepare all ingredients. If necessary, cut ingredients to fit into juicer. Put ingredients into juicer and juice. Pour into glass and enjoy!
